Mural Rates

Indoor Commercial Mural Rate:

• Currently not taking exterior commercial projects (sorry)

• $50 per square foot (I predominantly use brushes over spray paint to hand paint which is very time intensive)

• Supplies & lift rental are not included in above labor price

• Museums, art spaces, and other noncommercial inquiries please email with details

How payment works:

• 1/3 of total project invoice is due up front to reserve exact dates of the project - the nature of this kind of work is taking one project means turning down another opportunity by blocking out my time and prepping - so just like your dentist has a fee for missing your appointment, I need to be sure clients are serious and ready to book

• 1/3 of total project invoice is due upon delivery of the design - after we discuss the space, limitations and intentions, I will provide you with a rough design plan - just like an architect does not give away their designs for free for another builder to execute, a muralist’s design is the reason one hires a particular artist

• 1/3 of total project final invoice is due upon completion of the project
